Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return if they are custom-made or opened for hygiene reasons. Please confirm eligibility before initiating a return.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be processed as store credit or arranged through other mutually agreed methods after return approval.
